Marketing for International Virtual Trade Shows

Trade shows have changed and evolved in response to the international pandemic of Covid-19. Limitations to large gatherings make in-person trade shows impossible right now, so the response has been to find a way to continue trade shows virtually.

The State of New Hampshire's Office of International Commerce, U.S. Department of Commerce and the Granite State District Export Council hosted the webinar “Marketing for International Virtual Trade Shows” to give pointers and guidance for making the most of this new type of gathering.

Wendy Pease, President of Rapport International, discusses the importance of digital strategies in international sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. She’ll cover inbound strategies to make the most of these new opportunities. Topics include interacting virtually, engaging on social media and optimizing your website to be ready for international traffic.

Andrew White, President of Comptus, will discusses outbound strategies for building your business. He’ll share his experiences participating in international trade shows digitally and give examples of best practices for following up after the show.
