Business Development Representative - Building Relationships
Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000 base plus commission
As the relationship builder, you will own client acquisition for Rapport International. Rapport International connects people across languages and cultures by providing high-quality written translation and spoken interpretation services.
We currently have a rock star team of project managers that deliver high quality work, on time for every project. Yet, we are missing the person that can spread the word about our great services. We currently have inbound leads and a list of prospects and need a Relationship Builder to reach out and spread the good word about us. There is HUGE potential for growth in this position.
Your day will consist of:
Speaking with current clients to learn if they have other needs or referrals
Proactively doing website audits and creating short videos on how they can improve their global marketing (we will train fully)
Doing email reach-outs
Calling prospects to discover needs
Engaging on LinkedIn to build relationships with prospects
Zoom calling to speak with clients further about opportunities and options to grow their international sales by hiring Rapport International
Engaging with co-workers who value relationships, humor, connecting with diverse people, understanding, and high-quality work.

Requirements:
Be coachable
Learn how to talk about prospect needs and our services
Driven to make 10-30 custom videos a day
Call prospects and inquire about their multilingual needs
Be organized and input potential leads into our CRM (Customer Relationship) software and follow up according to our company standards
Transfer accurate quote information to the project management team
Track activity for weekly reporting
Target of 5-8 new clients per month
Optional: Create podcast content and outreach
